These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and digital products offered by Ultimino OÜ ("Ultimino", "we", "us", or "our"), a private limited company registered in Estonia (Registry Code 17339790), with a registered address at Sepapaja tn 6, Lasnamäe linnaosa, Tallinn, Harju maakond, 15551, Estonia. By purchasing from or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. About our products

Ultimino sells digital crochet patterns and pattern bundles delivered electronically as downloadable files (typically PDF). No physical goods are shipped. All product descriptions, pricing, and imagery are provided for reference and may be updated at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase. By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method presented.

3. Orders and payment

• All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
• Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated and may be exclusive or inclusive of applicable taxes as displayed at checkout.
• An order is confirmed once payment is successfully authorized. You will receive access to your digital file(s) upon confirmation.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud or that violates these Terms.

4. Digital delivery

Digital patterns are delivered electronically immediately after payment, via download link and/or email. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and to download your files. If you do not receive your file, contact us at Support@ultimino.ee and we will resend it.

5. License and intellectual property

When you purchase a pattern, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the pattern for personal, non-commercial crafting. Unless a commercial license is expressly granted in writing, you may not:

• Copy, share, resell, redistribute, or publish the pattern or its contents.
• Claim the pattern or its design as your own.
• Mass-produce finished items for large-scale commercial sale using the pattern.

All patterns, text, graphics, and branding remain the intellectual property of Ultimino.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorized access, disrupt its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Disclaimers

Our patterns are provided "as is". While we take care to test and proofread every pattern, we make no guarantee that a finished project will match the photographs, as results depend on your yarn, hook, tension, and skill level. We are not liable for materials purchased in reliance on a pattern.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ultimino shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the changes.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Estonian courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
