Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all digital products sold by Ultimino OÜ.

1. Nature of our products

All products sold on this website are digital crochet patterns delivered electronically. Because they are downloadable digital goods delivered immediately upon purchase, they are generally non-refundable once the download has been accessed.

2. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

Under EU consumer law, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, for digital content delivered immediately, this right does not apply once you have started the download, and by completing your purchase you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

3. When we will issue a refund

We want you to be happy with your purchase. We will consider a refund or replacement if:

• The file is corrupted, unreadable, or you did not receive it and we are unable to resolve the issue.
• You were charged more than once for the same order in error.
• You purchased the same pattern twice by mistake.

4. When refunds are not available

• Change of mind after the file has been downloaded.
• The pattern turned out to be more advanced than expected (skill levels are indicated on each product).
• Your finished project did not match the photos due to yarn, hook, or tension differences.
• Lack of the tools or materials required to complete the pattern.

5. How to request a refund

Email Support@ultimino.ee within 14 days of purchase, including your order number and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe and may take 5–10 business days to appear.
