Delivery Policy

All products offered by Ultimino OÜ are digital and delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped, so no shipping fees or delivery addresses are required.

1. How your order is delivered

• Immediately after your payment is confirmed by Stripe, you receive access to your digital file(s) via a download link and/or a confirmation email.
• Files are typically provided in PDF format, readable on most phones, tablets, and computers.

2. Delivery time

Delivery is instant in the vast majority of cases. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, you will receive your files within 24 hours at the latest.

3. Didn't receive your file?

Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still cannot find your download, email us at Support@ultimino.ee with your order number and we will resend your file promptly.

4. Re-downloads

Your purchase includes lifetime access. If you lose your file, contact us and we will happily provide it again at no charge.
